Spiral wound gasket without inner and outer rings

Description:
1. Basic construction, inner and outer diameters are reinforced with several piles of metal without filler to give greater stability and better compression characteristics. Suitable for tongue and groove or male and female or grooved to flat fact assemblies.
2. There are two styles: Standard style R and Special style R
3. Standard style R gaskets embody all the exclusive features for keeping compression values in balance with bolting and providing adequate resilience for variable stresses encountered in service. For standard flanges
4. Special style R gaskets are adaptable to non-standard flanges and can be designed and manufactured according to specification for high and low press applications and severe corrosive conditions. (When ordering special style R gaskets, please provide drawing and special requests)
5. Thickness: Normal thickness of 0.125"(3.2mm), 0.175" (4.5mm). Special thickness, please request.
6. Range of gaskets'thickness: From 2.0mm~12.0mm.
